Very unhelpful , they book you in to tie your 59 dollers down but are very unhelpful and unprofessional . Do not be fooled , rather go to a reputable studio

It was exactly as the man described in the shopping centre. I don't have a lot of money and wanted to get shots done for my 50th birthday. I selected the budget package which cost $495. My sister had shots with one of those kids photographers costing her thousands which was my biggest worry to begin with. They are not the best but you get what you pay for. The customer service was very good and overall I was happy with my experience. If you want good shots at a budget price go with these guys

I'm so impressed, the portraits are wonderfull. I knew the shots looked good but you don't know until you receive the images how good they are. The hair and makeup was great, the touch ups looked really good and the portraits are great. I would recommend these portraits for anyone. I know some people expect a lot but I am really glad the way it's all worked out.

How beautiful are our portraits, I'm so impressed with them. I was so mpressed with the young man that did my booking I have organised our friends to have them done as well. I really can't believe the quality is so good. Thank you

I am literally horrified... It was a terrible experience. I paid for the booking at browns plains with cash. I was excited about it as I was taking my partner and our children for a family photo. When I first purchased the sitting I was told there would be champagne and a relaxed feel. I was told that my hair and make up would be done and also my partners daughter would have a mini make over. There was no champagne and not even a glass of water offered. I got a message that the photo location Would be at crestmead pub. If you wanted to change outfits, you would have to go downstairs to the toilet and walk past the pub locals. We were treated good by the photographer, he made the kid's smile. Yet.... The photographer only took 3 poses all together but around 15 photo's. When it was time to sit down and choose the photos, the man didn't make us feel very comfortable. He also was a bit strange and very awkward. He started photo shopping my partners face... (Which wasn't needed) making him look like someone with to much surgery (again wasn't needed) I quickly asked why he was doing that and asked my partner if he wanted that, my partner thought he was turning his face Asian... (He's a sexy Australian male) at my comment he put the face normal then proceeded with photo shopping me... Which I also didn't like as he wasn't even changing the actual thing's I feel are wrong with me... The kid's then spoke up and told him it's not necessary to do that and he was making me look terrible. Now going back to buying the photo shoot ticket with the man @ brownsplains. He told me the package was a few different poses and if I wanted the complete package it would be $500 including the disk, The weird man photo shopping, then was pointing out pictures which clearly were terrible as one of the children were pulling really silly faces, (I didn't understand how he found that acceptable) so he told the photographer to quickly take a few more of the same pose. After a really really quick shoot. We sat down to look at these pictures. Now I can say that out of 20 pictures only 2 seemed bearable. My makeup just didn't look right. But as I dragged everyone to this photo shoot I felt obligated to now purchase these photos I wasn't happy with.. So the weird photo shop guy sat us in front of these framed pictures. The framed pictures themselves looked ok.... But the frames around them were cheap and nasty. Before I go any further... I myself have done a fair bit of photography. I am a mini lab technician. I've also was manager in a photographic lab and framing shop. I also have done photo editing and before any of this I sold tickets to the photography studio at Myers at indropilly shopping center. ( clearly I should of gone back there) Back to this weird fellow... He proceeded to tell us that the largest framed portrait was $998 and when we said we wouldn't be paying that he went to the second from the smallest and said it was over $500... I was stunned and horrified..I could pay a wedding photographer nearly this amount for one day and have a full disk of photo's.. The back drop was shabby the place was shabby. It wasn't professional. It was really awkward and literally a tragic experience. We all walked out without any purchases, and if it wasn't for my partner who had the man flu, at the time. We would of gone straight to indropilly to have another go, (since we were all ready and dressed up in our finest...) But instead, we went home and took some backyard photo's which are going to happily hang from our wall. Thank God for KMART and there great CANVAS PRICES I suggest you either GO to pixi photo's or look up photo snapper on the web.. Or think of one of your friends who like taking photos and make it a fun day out.... Happy snapping everyone.I am literally horrified... It was a terrible experience. Absolute garbage, staff are dodgey and management is even worse. My make up was rubbish and the photos are terrible, very amateur for the prices they charge

Please please please do not be fooled by these thieves , they are more interested in money than quality , they trick you to pay a non refundable 59 dollers and just have you speak to a lady who does not even know what photos packages are available . Not worth it at all . Take your photos in a reputable studio and with someone local .Dont be fooled by these thieves
